Competition Format

The competition consists of:

  • Individual Time Trials
  • Cross Country races
    for the Under 12, 13, 14, 15 and 16 age categories.
  • There is also a Team Relay race.

Schedule

  • Thursday, August 14th
  • Friday, August 15th

A Practice Session is scheduled for Wednesday, August 13th.
