Description
Fulltime Contract Position in Ottawa for Intermediate (5+ years experience) Web Designer to undertake Adobe LiveCycle Form Design using Adobe LiveCycle Enterprise Suite products. Candidates must have or be eligible for a Reliability Status Security Clearance from CIISD.
Required experience
Web Designer must have experience developing dynamic Adobe LiveCycle Forms:
- To deploy interactive XML-based forms in Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash Player or web browser;
- Using Adobe LiveCycle Designer;
- Using Adobe LiveCycle Reader Extensions;
- Using JavaScript for enhancements such as:
- i. Validation rule;
- ii. Calculated fields;
- iii. Mandatory fields;
- iv. Watermark; and
- v. Dynamic sub-forms.
Web Designer must also have experience:
- Using Adobe LiveCycle Rights Managements;
- Using Adobe LiveCycle Digital Signatures;
- Using Adobe LiveCycle Global Object Library;
- Developing test plans for, testing and modifying Adobe LiveCycle Forms for CLF2.0, Accessibility compatibility and compliance with other standards;
Skills
5+ years of experience with skills as a Web Designer with responsibilities such as:
- Define architecture to be used in the web-based projects.
- Create and apply designs that maximize usability of existing objects.
- Perform architectural modeling to ensure consistency of the design with existing work.
- Select the development language to be used for the project.
- Assess the impact of the new requirements on existing web applications.
- Develop code based upon design and requirements documents.
- Write code to write to and read from the database.
- Unit test the code prior to releasing it for integration testing.
- Monitor the need for design changes as the project progresses.
- Develop test plans for testing the system.
- Ensure functionalities have been implemented according to specifications.
- Define assumptions and constraints of architecture with regard to physical structure and data collection.
- Develop post-implementation plan for monitoring/tracking design stability
