Plant Products Directorate & Import/Export Section

In order to provide their clients with a more convenient method of filling out and submitting forms, both the Plant Products Directorate and Import/Export Section of the Canadian Food Inspection Agency requested iFathom to provide electronic form design and development services.

iFathom responded by developing dynamic electronic forms based on the existing paper forms that can be filled out online or offline at the user's convenience and submitted to the appropriate party, regardless of whether the user is an internal Government or external client.

These forms have led to the client benefiting from an elimination of the duplication of effort, better overall data quality, faster and more efficient data capture and collection, as well as greatly reduced application processing times.
