Oil and Coolant Condition Analysis Program (OCCAP)

During the maintenance of units in the Canadian Navy, it's often necessary to evaluate the condition of various lubricants and coolants. iFathom was tasked by the Navy to design, develop and deploy a replacement for an exisitng legacy application in order to improve the overall efficiency and data integrity of this process.

The result of iFathom's work was the Oil and Coolant Condition Analysis Program (OCCAP). This included the creation of a physical database which was designed and populated to ensure consistency and data integrity.

The OCCAP application itself manages the associated database and fits seamlessly with the EXPERT (diagnostic and recommendation) system. OCCAP also includes an on-line help system designed for users primarily involved in research.
