Work Management System (WorkMAN)
WorkMAN is a work management tool for DGMEPM's Business Management, Work Management and Financial Management teams. WorkMAN is used as a project management tool to track all resources by project and task, including expenditures associated with engineering projects, many of which have large scopes.
During the design and development of the latest version of WorkMAN, iFathom demonstrated its expertise and flexibility by resolving a number of conflicts in the requirements that were gathered from the WorkMAN user base.
iFathom provided design, development and training, and continues to provide support for WorkMAN.
The overall result has been that since its deployment in 1999, WorkMAN has enabled its users to gain better financial insight into departmental projects and ultimately to get more projects done as a result of improved control.
