Description
Contract Opportunity in Ottawa for a Project Executive with extensive training and experience in public health surveillance and health promotion.
Experience required:
At least seven (7) consecutive years working at the federal level providing epidemiological expertise in the following areas:
- Multi-jurisdiction infectious disease surveillance and outbreak management;
- Data analysis and management using multiple statistical packages, including SAS and S-Plus;
- Data modelling with a specialization in temporal-spatial analysis, including GIS; and
- Collecting requirements and leading teams of software developers to design, develop, and implement public health software solutions.
Education
Graduation from a recognized university with a doctoral degree in public health and epidemiology.
