IRSRC required a secure forms / case management solution in order to replace an out-dated existing system, for which support was being discontinued.

IRSRC purchased industry leading forms and workflow solutions to replace the legacy system and began to implement the necessary infrastructure for the solution.

IRSRC contracted iFathom to undertake the implementation, enhancement, and migration of existing forms to the new system, which enables forms to be filled out online or offline and across the firewall. 

Since the inception of the project, IRSRC has added existing static forms in other formats to the list of forms to be converted to dynamic, secure, electronic forms by iFathom.
